OMG! This place is awesome! I wish they had it when I was a kid. I came with a 3 year old toddler and they suggested the ballocity room and gym. The gym was more for younger kids and with less activities, but still exciting enough for him to be satisfied jumping on the trampoline and dunking. The ballocity was soooo cool. Who would've though one could have so much fun with balls and guns? The playground and slides are so different than a boring traditional one and very innovative. They also have an arcade and many other attractions like laser tag and rock climbing. Not gonna lie, I'm not sure which of us had more fun.. the adults or the kid.

Fun playground and arcade center, but very expensive! I took my friend's 3 year old to play. He really could only run in the ball playground. Everything else was too big for him,and he's not quite old enough to appreciate video games. The ball pit/playground is a fun set up. Kids take off their shoes and run around the different levels. There are slides and hiding holes, a lot of area for them to run off their energy. They can gather the soft balls scattered around the area and load them onto cannons that shoot them up in the air, or the cannons up top that shoot towards other people. I got pelted a few times and it doesn't hurt. The play area is smelly, which is expected where kids sweat and play. But it doesn't look the cleanest. The soft balls are blackened with dirt... probably a germaphobe's nightmare. Me friend and I went up on the ropes course, which are a series of obstacles suspended by bridges and ropes. The climber is in a harness and only attached by a thick cord above. Climbers must be 48" tall to go up. It's pretty fun and physically challenging. Not for the faint of heart! The arcade requires an electronic play card to use the games. You can reload credits onto it for subsequent visits. Tickets you win are also electronic and go right onto the card. Credits are decently priced; we bought $20 worth and it lasted is for 3 hours, with some left over. Prize ticket payout is stingy. I scored over 100 points on the basketball game and only got 10 tickets. A lollipop at the prize counter costs 30 tickets. There is also laser tag, but we did not try that. Here were some birthday parties going on during our visit. Kids and adults alike seemed to be having fun. They have a snack bar that offers hot foods and drinks, but I did not eat anything during my visit. The space is not too large to lose your kid, but it only offers a few hours of entertainment before you go through everything Wow Factory has to offer. It is best for grade school kids, probably age 7-15. Not much to offer for older kids or adults.

Kids and adults love this place and I see why! Very creative. While the kids of all ages can climb and run, adults can play the arcades, laser tag or ropes course

Wow Factory's prices have become unreasonable. Ballocity (their main attraction in the middle with climbing, slides and soft balls to launch) is now $13 per child, up from $10 less than 2 years ago. Raising prices by 30% when there's no added benefit is going to stop repeat customers from coming back. Always too many employees standing around at the food service area talking to each other. An afternoon's worth of entertainment (you'll burn through $20 on video games and 2 kids on Ballocity) is $48. As a Florida resident, you can have an entire day at Disney for that same price. The numbers don't add up.

My little one has a blast every time we go. She loves this place, especially the ball area. This place is fun. Nevertheless, as a parent, I would like this place to have more security for my child. I am surprised to see how easy it would be for a child to leave the premises without any control. Most other places like WOW Factory would put a bracelet on the child with a number that matches the number on the bracelet of the parent. Other places would put a bracelet with a security device that would beep if the child passes through a door before the actual main exit. Here in WOW Factory, there are no such thing. There is absolutely no control of who leaves, neither minor nor adult. For the price they charge per visit, they should have better control of this.

When we decided to celebrate our son's 10th birthday, he was the one who chose this place. He has been to the Wow Factory a few times with the camp groups he is enrolled at during spring and summer break, but I (as a parent) didn't know what to expect. Nicole, our planner, worked with me on his birthday package and explained everything in detail. Upon arrival to the party, there were a few minor snafus: 1) No one working at the party check-in table for about 5 minutes, so our guests were all waiting there until one of the guests finally called me (I was in the party room) and I had to ask one of the party host to check our guests in with the wristband. Apparently, the person working there went to the restroom/break and the employees working at the registers (no guests there) didn't think to cover the check-in area. 2) We were not given our cards for the attractions when we checked in. I caught one of our guests at the counter ready to pay for the attractions, until I stopped them and explained that our package includes unlimited play on all of the attractions. The lady at the register gave me the cards and wondered why no one gave it to us when we checked in. Our party package was for 6 guests, plus the birthday child (total of 7), but I only received 6 cards. I had to ask for the 7th card and she agreed that I was missing a card. 3) The package we paid for is for unlimited play on all attractions, but a couple of times, our boys were told that they didn't have any more credits to walk on the Skytrail (one of the attractions). Once we spoke with the attendant, the boys were able to go back on there. Other than these snafus, which were quickly resolved by a couple of knowledgeable employees, the party was a huge success!! None of my son's friends have ever been to the Wow Factory, but they ALL said they had a blast!! The "Ballocity" area is a huge ball shooting/jungle gym/obstacle course and the kids get a huge workout running through there! The Skytrail is a must do, but for kids who are not afraid of heights! There is no net to catch them if they fall, but they are strapped with bungee cord that will (hopefully) keep them from falling down to the ground. Two of the parents decided to go with the kids at the end of the night and gathered a bunch of other people to play Laser Tag "Kids vs. Adults". Needless to say, the kids won, but the adults had such a great time. The adults said they should've done that earlier instead of sitting in the party room....lol!! Although our party package didn't include a party host, the employees (who were very friendly and pleasant) brought our food and drinks in a very timely fashion. They also brought the cupcakes in when requested. The kids were so excited about getting back to all of the attractions, there were a lot of food left over! The kids enjoyed the pizza (which is thin crust and unevenly cut) and the mini pretzel wrapped hot dogs (these were good). The kids loved the laser effect in the party room!! When the lights go off, there is a laser light show and the kids loved seeing each other with laser on them and jumping around the laser beams. Very cool!! If the place didn't close at 10pm on a Saturday night, I think the kids would've stayed even longer! My son had so much fun, his legs were so sore the next day and he is an active boy! Definitely recommend this place!!

WoW its SuPeR EXPENSIVE if you don't have a coupon. When they first opened there were a lot of deals and we would take the kids once a month. We don't go anymore because for the $200 it will cost you for 2 kids between unlimited admission, food and games there are a heck of a lot of other fun choices around town. There is a (paid) arcade area. Elevated ropes course. Laser tag (better for kids 9 to 14 because of the weight of the gun and vest), food court, playground, little tot area and more. Unlimited laser tag is the best value. And best of all, this play place doesn't smell like feet! Its a good choice for kids parties but the cupcakes they include are just plain nasty.

It is nice and there are plenty of things for children to do. Even the older ones will have a good time. However, even though this place is very kid friendly, adults really need to keep an eye on their children. At one point, an employee pointed out that two children standing near us needed to put on their shoes for laser tag, to which I replied that they didn't belong to me. Seriously? Parents - Keep an eye on your children. Geez.. We will return for sure. Definitely like this place.

The entrance is impressive as it displays an impressively large sign at the front which is quite welcoming. Upon entering, the first thing that consumed us was the great music and family atmosphere that immediately overcomes us. That was refreshing. However, this feeling of optimism was tamed upon our first encounter with the staff members. Apparently they are not very happy to work at the Wow Factory. This indifference is reflected with the indifferent and almost rudeness with which we are attended. We were there for a Birthday party and the young man that greeted us hardly did that as he appeared almost as if we were bothering him. Because both of my children were not invited to the party, I had to pay at the Customer Service desk for his entrance fee. Although the Customer Service representative was a little bit better, it is not a welcome that I would expect my employees to give my customers. Let's just say it is lacking. As enthusiastic as we were to attend this attraction, one would hope that the staff members would be more enthusiastic to have us there. Next, it must be mentioned that the prices are quite expensive to attend. One would expect to have access to the entire facility. Well, surprise, it was not so. This facility boasts to offer seven attractions for the price: Ballocity, Ropes Course, Laser Tag, Wow Mountain, an Arcade, Laser Frenzy, and a Toddler area. Given that our group did not have a toddler amongst us, let's say that we essentially paid for six attractions. Imagine our dismay when the first thing that we are told upon entering that the Ballocity attraction is not working. Ouch! Now we were down to five. Now, our two kids were extremely enthusiastic to participate in the Laser Tag attraction. Doh! After being there for three and a half hours, they were not able to enter that attraction either due to the fact that THERE WERE NO EMPLOYEES WORKING THE ATTRACTION! Imagine that. They stood at the entrance for half an hour without ever seeing an employee . What in the world was going on there is beyond me. Nevertheless, kids were tired of waiting and would simply leave the attraction to go and play in other areas of the facility. Now we were down to four attractions. Imagine our disgust to have paid full price for only partial access. The other four attractions all worked. As for the cafeteria, it was very busy. It is called the Nuts & Bolts Eatery. The tables were maintained pretty clean. The floor was kept tidy also. After sitting at the eatery for about three hours, a cup of Expresso was needed to keep me going. I read the menu, which clearly stated "Espresso: $2.28." Yummy. However, the rug was pulled out from under me. When I order the expresso, the employee behind the counter give me an unapologetic, "We don't have any." Really? I'm reading it right off of the menu. That's right. I'm looking at her and the sign right above her head. I laughed and walked away. Overblown? I'd have to say. Overpriced? Clearly. Will I return? I don't think so. I have been to other similar franchises which provide just a much fun at a more reasonable price in which the attractions are maintained in a much better condition. I'd have to say that the "Wow Factory" ended up being more of a "Yawn Factory."

If the kids attending the birthday party for 12 year old son did not have such a blast playing ...this review would be a ZERO star if possible. Leading up to the day, I thought the customer service was handled well. Good service on the phone booking the party and follow up on email - fabulous! I booked the Club Wow party for six $315 dollars with 6 additional guests for $32 each. Total of 12 kids, birthday kid free = 13. Ok party day is here and this is where it ALL falls apart...unfortunately. Good thing is that kids did not care because they were having a great time and running around etc. Parent nightmare in orchestration of the party...staff seemed clueless, room was not ready for the party on time, not enough details/instruction to the parent on what was happening (i.e. when food was being brought out)...then find out that you only get 2 pizzas for a total of 13 kids? Costing me a total of $507 dollars for this? Not good. Not adequate staff... poor service day of. Plus checking out the final bill ...tried to charge me $200 extra? Big error there missy...think I can't add? Really feel like I was ripped OFF in a big way...but seriously too exhausted to deal with it. I will probably write a letter when I can get my head around this mess. AWFUL. Expensive...great memory for my son...but NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Obviously we aren't talking fine dining but the pizza is decent and they have good coffee. Cons: slightly chaotic. There are a lot of kids running EVERYWHERE. it's hard to keep an eye on your child. They are not super diligent about watching who goes in and out so it is imperative that you are on top of your kids. All in all my kids beg to go, so we go. When it's hot or rainy it's totally worth the 9.99 for the ball area.

Had my step-daughter's 8th bday there this past weekend. They do a pretty good job with everything. We walked in and there was the "VIP Birthday Check-In" table right there. We walked up to it and the girl attending tells us that we have to go through the regular line. After standing there waiting in that line for 5 minutes +/- and our guests starting to arrive and stand around with us, the young lady decided that she would be able to help us. The party room was typical of these places and nicely decorated complete with a little laser light thing and some fun music. They discussed the final details with us an began to get the food/drinks hooked up. The kids go out to play right away for an hour or so. The food was served and right after the food they do the cake. After the cake it was time for the 2 activities (in our case laser tag and the high rope thing). Both were great. The kids loved it all. The birthday girl got plenty of special attention. The only thing I can say is that we felt a little rushed out of the room, but whatever. It's a party mill - deal with that. We didn't have to clean up or cook this time! :)

I called twice to confirm that they had little toddler activities for 15month old children. Employee advised me that there was plenty to keep them occupied even for the young ones. I also advised them that I had twin boys so it's a bit of a mission to get ready, out the door and get there. Once I get there, there is NOTHING to do for my twin boys. It was definitely VERY aggravating, we spent 15 minutes there walking and left. Great place for BIGGER kids but please advise your employees the capabilities of young children, what they are able to do. An employee told me that they can bounce around, there's lots of mats EXCEPT my kids are learning to walk not jumping up and down. Appreciated the refund but will have to wait till they get a bit older like 4 or 5 to be able to use the amenities.

Not that good, the staff doesn't even talk to you! People who where working at the rock climbing said "three turns only" but he barely paid attention so kids where probably taking 10+ turns. The ONE PERSON at lazer -tag said two things: "OK the match has started" and "OK the match has ended". He didn't explain the rules at all.

We celebrated my son's 4th birthday late August. This month being one of the wettest month's in South Florida, I'd say it was a perfect place to hold a birthday party for a child that age! Sadly a lot of kids missed the party because that particular weekend there was a hurricane warning but even that, the kids had a blast. Perfect theme place to have a birthday event & have the kids do their thing, to be kids! The staff members are very attentive, environment is very clean, food is great & party package pricing are very very affordable Yes, keep your eyes on your kids but, I think this goes without saying.. I would highly recommend this place!

I took my kids today, and it was really nothing special. The kids, 7 and 4, went in, walked around the not too big play area, and asked to leave to go to another local attraction. I wasn't really too disappointed in this decision, because the prices seemed a little high to me for what they had to offer. The website claims to have 50 games, but there was nothing that would make us want to go here over any other local arcade. In addition, Besides for a big netted playground that pretty much takes up the entire space, there wasn't too much else going on. Overall, I guess if your kids hear about it and tell you they MUST try it, then it would be worth a shot, but I wouldnt plan a birthday party there or anything...

Finding a place other than Chuck e Cheese for my niece was difficult. I stumbled on the Wow Factory when I was searching online and I was ecstatic to realize it was a great place. There's TONS of stuff to do for kids. Arcade games, laser tag, rock climbing, rope course, she had a ball. I even had a try at the laser tag. I was very surprised at the two-story behemoth! Great place for family, good food and fun times. I definitely recommend.

Brought my 1.5 year kid for the toddler room and was not impressed . There is supposed to be an Age limit but older kids kept coming in and out and making it unsafe for the little ones and I had to be the mean one to say something instead of the actual staff . The toddler room was pretty unkept and kinda dirty . My daughter was pretty over the place after 15min . It looks real fun for the older kids but pretty expensive if you ask me.

Very neat and a fun place for kids . Hours of FUN. The reason for the 3 stars is that while you are there for hours they think you should be hungry enough to bit realize how bad the food is. I ordered a pretzel that I believe was most likely a thawed pretzel. It was not heated through at all but it was advertised as hot. The mozzarella sticks were horrible. The marinara sauce want heated. It was served right out of the fridge and the sticks looked so soggy. But the park was fun for kids.

Good place to throw the kids for awhile. Food is pretty much what you would expect from a place like this, but still much better than Boomer's. Love this place. Huge room for the little ones. Gigantic jungle gym area for kids to run around, cubbies for their shoes, arcades and rock climbing, etc. The cafe has decent food options, ice cream, and beer! There's even a small lounge area with sofas. The bathrooms are always clean which is shocking with how crazy packed it can get. This place can get a little pricey if you are not careful. I have easily spent $50 here without blinking. I love it, my kids love it, the staff is great. Worth at least one visit! Tip: if you can, come on a weekday, it's not nearly as loud and busy.

Awesome place for kids. Enough fun for several hours. No complaints, except that the laser tag was not working at all.
